Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login to module as scheduler
2)Click on Template in administrator tab
3)Create a new template with available element by selecting shift
4)Click on Audit schedule
5)Create audit cycle by selecting Audit Plan Template to which element is selected
6)Create planned audit
7)Observe the selected element field
