Percentage Allocation - After clicking on Step Label and updating any Percentage, JS error is displayed

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu

3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI that contains Context and External elements

4.Click on Design Documents Menu and select any menu

5.Click on Percentage allocation icon

6.Now click on the Step label or arrow on it

7.Select any Step and change the percentage and click Update button

8.JS Error is displayed
