closedWhen trying to delete the document from the ECN form then in the prompt it shows "error" before the alert message.

Steps To Reproduce:
1)Login to ewqims application
2)Under Change Management tab
3)Click on Change Request Status menu
4)Select the Change Request
5)Click on ECN icon
6)In the Document section
7)Click on the document name
8)Delete icon will be populated
9)Click on Delete
10)Observe the Alert message.
