Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to OBOT
2. Select a part
3. Click on DFMEA document
4. Blank out Severity/Occurrence and check the findings

Description

There is a rule set in DFMEA for"Missing severity" and "Missing Occurrence". After blanking out values for severity/Occurrence it is not showing up as a finding.
