Steps To Reproduce:

1.Enter URL
2.Login as Suite Administrator
3.Select Setup
4.Select Assign Department
5.Select 'Is a Site' as No and Click Search
6.Select 'Is a Site' as Yes and Click Search
7.Reapeat Step 5
8.Observe the Result

Description

In Assign Department Page, When there is no Non-Site Entity, then if selecting 'Is a Site' as Yes/No it Displays a Same result.
The Page is not refreshing and the Matrix remains the Same.
