Steps To Reproduce:
1)Login to Ewqims application
2)Click on Templates
3)Create a template
4)Add deliverable and resource
5)Convert to Project
6)Save the charter and publish the plan
7)Attach input document
8)login as resource
9)Select the project
10)Select the deliverable and click on deliverable info
11)Now attach output document
12)Click on both the input and output document
