Process VDA - Structure Analysis - Filter Dropdown for Operation and FourM category is not working properly.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu

3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI and Segment

4.Click on Process Documents Menu and click on AIAG VDA PFMEA, new tab will open

5.Click on AIAG VDA Process tab and click on Structure Analysis menu

6.Create an Operation and FourM category

7.Select the Operation Category from the Dropdown and the the FourM category

8.Observe the Filter result
