Steps To Reproduce:

1)login to module as auditor

2)Click on perform audit

3)Click on upload audit record

4)Click on Checklist on RHS

5)Attach an attachment against the checkpoint

6)Click on image icon to view

7) Attached document is not showing.
It is displaying a Popup window "Linked document with this revision is not available".
