Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to Supplier Management
2. Select a template
3. Click on convert to project
4. Save(shows error) and go to listing screen
5. click on charter icon

Description

While converting template to project getting "converted successfully" alert but clicking on OK redirecting to error page.
