DFMEA document page is not showing up after entering text under target date field.(Rev date missing finding is not displayed)

Steps To Reproduce:

Case 1:
1.Login to OBOT
2.Select a part
3.Upload the documents
4.Select DFMEA Document
5. Enter some text in Target date
6. Reload and click on DFMEA document =====================================
Case 2:

1.Upload DFMEA document

2.Click on DFMEA tab and Delete the revision date

3.Click on Validate, Loading symbol is not there and also its not showing the finding as per the Rule: DFMEA

4.Go back and click on the part

5.Click on DFMEA tab, there is no response

Description

Case 1: DFMEA document page is not showing up after entering text under target date field
Either it should not allow to enter text. or should show as a finding.

Case 2; DFMEA: When revision date is not entered and validated, its not showing finding that the rev date is not present. When the document is not having revision date, then by clicking on that document tab, there is no response

Same issue facing with PFD document-after blanking out revision date
