Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to supplier portal
2. Add new Project
3. Select supplier pillar
4. Click on Add Supplier
5. The added supplier is not listed

Description
Not able to select added supplier from the charter page. After clicking on the "add supplier" the supplier name is not showing in the dropdown.
