Steps To Reproduce:
1)Access The Link http://192.168.100.249/pandora
2)log in as auditor
3)Raise a NC in "Advanced CAR"
4)submit to Auditee
5)log in as auditee
6)Respond To that NC
7)Click on save and submit to auditor shows error mentioned in screen shot
Note :make sure that only clause specified not sub clause when cause and sub clause is specified it is saving but not when only clause is specified shows Doc ErrorMODULES:
