Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module administrator

2.Click on Main and Select PI

3.Add a Function and Requirement for that PI

4.Go to HARA and Add Operational Situation/Malfunction and Safety Goal

5.Goto FSR Document and Allocate ASIL to Child elements

6.Select TSR Document and assign Function and Requirement

7.Now Open the FSR document for the Allocated Child element and Observe the Header
