Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as Supervisor/Maintenance Activity person
2. Click on PM supervisor calendar
3. Click on scheduled WO
4. Click on Definition code
5. Click on select Activity button
6. Select the Activity from the Activity pop up window
7. Click on done button
8. Observe the behavior
