Visibility of system status #14103

Attaching revision document in DocPro through change request- after attaching the revision document it redirects to action page and could not find the document status whether attached or not else sent for approval.

After attaching the revision document it redirects to action page and could not find the document status

Need an Alert - Document Attached successfully - If auto approved

If approval set - Document Attached successfully and awaiting for approval.
