Steps To Reproduce:

1.Attach input document from task track project .
2.Assign resource for that task
3.Login to resource login ->go to problem solver module

4.click setup-> click the concern in initial evaluation completed.

5.Click project Checklist -> task list for that resource.

6.Right click-< select deliverable info -> click input document .
