1)Login to module as auditor
2)Click on perform audit
3)Upload audit record
4)Click on publish for approval or submit to auditee
5)After publish
6)Click on "Click to view report" button

Audit Status Cannot able to replicate. Audit Date will come once it is published. It is published Date. So first time it will be blank
