Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Production OEE
3. Click on New button
4. Click on Equipment Name/Equipment Code Icon
5. Select the Assembly Line radio button
6. Close the Pop up window
7. Observe the field
