Steps To Reproduce:

1.Create a new supplier with logo

2.Save the details

3.The logo is displayed in supplier listing screen

4.Click on edit supplier icon

5.Logo is displayed in edit supplier screen as well

6.Save the supplier

7.The attached logo is deleted
