1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Die menu
3. Click on New button
4. Observe the Manufacturer field

Description

Issue 1: Die -- No need separate label for Imported Manufacturer checkbox. While placing the cursor in checkbox, the system should display the tool tip as Imported Manufacturer.

Issue 2: Provide the checkbox field front or next to the manufacturer dropdown field
