Steps To Reproduce:

1)Access The Linkhttp://192.168.100.249/EwQIMS1
2)login as auditee
3)click on corrective actions
4)Pick the audit in which nc or approach is available.
5)close any one NC /approach as "auditor"
6)again log in as auditee pick the same audit.
7)click on the drop down to select "closed" , "not closed out"
8)it should display the data according to the filter selection but displays "no data found" even after selected "close out"
