Steps To Reproduce:
1)Login as Suite administrator
2)Click on Change management tab
3)Click on Initiate Change Request
4)Select the category
5)Generate Change Request
6)Select any Field in the ECR Form Field
7)Now Click on Type of Change in the breadcrumb
8)Observe the result
