The New project charter page is showing "Program status" Instead of Project status

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EWQIMS
2. Select APQP Module
3. Select projects
4. Click on new button
5. Check the title showing as "Program status"

Description

The New project charter page is showing "Program status" Instead of Project status. But after creating a project the edit charter is showing correctly only.
Also showing this mismatch with Program new charter page.(refer Screen Shot)
