closedProcess VDA - Structure Analysis - When an empty operation is edited in Functional/Failure Analysis, then all the operations are collapsed in Structure analysis(Process).

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu
3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI and Segment
4.Click on Process Documents Menu and click on AIAG VDA PFMEA, new tab will open
5.Click on AIAG VDA Process tab and click on Structure Analysis
6.After Enabling Operation and FourM category, Add Segment, Operation Category,Operation,FourM Category, FourM
7.Goto Functional Analysis and Edit the Empty Operations
8.Goto Structure Analysis and Observe the Page
