Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to supplier Portal
2. Click on the supplier
3. Select a supplier contact person and click on deactivate
4. No response
5. Now view the supplier contact information
6. Select the contact person
7. Click on Deactivate
8. Observe the alert message
9. Click on OK
10. Contact person gets deleted

Description
Supplier contact person getting deleted instead of deactivated
When the supplier contact person details is not viewed for the time and trying to deactivate - No response on clicking deactivate
After viewing the supplier information it shows deactivate alert but instead of deactivating it is trying to delete.
