In Auditor Audit status screen the start data and end date shows m/d/y format where the scheduler user preferance is set to y/m/d and even auditor user preference date is set ot y/m/d but in audit status screen still shows m/d/y format (multi date)

Steps To Reproduce:

"1)Access The Link http://192.168.100.249/pandora
2)login as auditor
3)pick the audit which is ready to perform
4)click on upload audit records
5)Raise a NC
6)click on upload
7)a new pop up window will open with the name ""Audit status""
8)observe the ""Scheduled Start Date"" and ""Scheduled End Date"" as mentioned in screen shot ""Audit start date and end date""."

Date Format is not matching in auditor status screen even after date preference is set to yyyy/mm/dd format still it shows mm/dd/yyyy format
