Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as RFD module administrator
2.Create a PI
3.Create BOM elements B and C under A
4.Now add C under B and create D under B
5.Select Requirement Tree and perform Flowdown operation for all the OM elements.
6.Log out and Re-login
7.Select Requirement Tree and click on Expand Arrow.
7.Observe the result
8.Again Collapse the arrow and expand

Issue occurs while adding the component elements as the child element for System element in BOM.
