Steps To Reproduce:
1)Access The Link http://192.168.100.249/pandora
2)login as Scheduler
3)In Business rules set the Audit Id definition As specified "2017-MAY-EN-AP-AT-CN-1"
4)now create a planned audit and from planned audit create actual audit
5)observe the Audit ID Definition in planned audit screen as mentioned in screen shot "Audit ID 1"
Note: Observe The Annual audit Id Definition which will start with "A" at beginning and audit id definition continues.

After changing the user preference Date format to YYYY/MM/DD
create a planned audit and from planned audit create an actual audit where observe the audit Id Definition for planned and actual audit shows incorrect ID Definition as specified in Business Rules
