Issues with Drag and Drop-Husco Requirement

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EWQIMS
2. Select a projct and click on document viewer page
3. drag a fo;lder and upload(keeps on loading)

Description

1.Drag and Drop Folder to document viewer page(which is not needed) not uploading keep on loading.
As it is not needed some alerts should show while selecting folder.
2. Allowing to attach input document via Drag and Drop for a completed deliverable( no alert showing)
3. Not able to upload an output document set for review(Draft)
