1. Login to EWQIMS
2. Attach documents with approver
3. Reject the document and see the page

Description

Delete button not needed for the rejected document (1st Revision)
If the document is rejected by the approver the delete button is showing up, and while clicking on delete icon "Delete request" is sent to the approver . For already rejected document no need to go again for aprovers confirmation.
