Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on PM Supervisor calendar
3. Click on Equipment which is mapped spare part
4. Click on scheduled WO
5. Edit the part and click on Request button
6. Observe the Error
7. Assign the scheduled WO to Maintenance person
8. Login Maintenance person
9. Click on scheduled WO
10. Click on Requested icon
11. Edit the Spare part
12. Click on Request button
13. Close the pop up window
14. Observe the status
