1)Access The Link http://192.168.100.249/pandora
2)login as auditor
3)click On "Corrective actions Closeout"
4)Pick the Audit to which auditee Responded.
5)First mark verifed As "Yes" and Validation As "No" and save as mentioned in screen 1
Click on History Button Shows server Error as mentioned In Screen 2
