Supplier Management

1. The pagination not working propertly for add supplier option in the program charter page, While clicking on next the page not changing
2. Search not working on add supplier page
3. Not able to enter value to the search field
4. If we add an existing part not alert msg is showing, getting a "loading" icon for a few seconds
5. The supplier getting deleted while trying to edit the supplier
6. For an existing program if we delete/edit the supplier details and save in the add supplier page only. Then exit the charter without saving the charter page. But the changes made in the supplier details page will reflect in the charter.
