Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3.Click on the PI Tab select the PI
4.Click on the RFD Tab
5.Click on VOC
6. Enter data in Requirement field for single function.
7. And then create another Requirement field for same function.
8. Again create another requirement field.
9. observe the data

Description

VOC--> Add Requirement for First field and then create another field without entering the data into the field, just create another field. The data which entered in first field, that displays in second field also.
