Should not allow the user to create duplicate suppliers and parts. But can allow the user to create a same supplier in a different country and the same part name can be created for different part numbers

1.Create the supplier or part
2.Save it
3.Create another supplier or part with same details
4.save it
system allow the user to duplicate the same details
