Not able to view the full page after Zoom in

1.login as PM
2. Select groups under set up
3.click on select users icon
4. Zoom in the page and see the behavior

Description

For some pages when the user clicks Zoom in then the page is not completely view-able. Need a scroll or any other provision(move/drag) to view the full page.
