Process VDA - Blank Operations are created automatically in Functional/Failure Analysis while creating Operation Category in Structure Analysis

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu

3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI and Segment

4.Click on Process Documents Menu and click on AIAG VDA PFMEA, new tab will open

5.Click on AIAG VDA Process tab and click on Structure Analysis

6.Right click on Segment and select Create operation Category

7.Create a new Operation category and switch to Functional/Failure Analysis menu

8.Observe the LHS and RHS

If an Operation Category is created then an empty operation is automatically created
