Project rights showing up in Charter publish is wrong

1.Login as PM
2. Select a project and check project rights in Charter
3. select docpro and open the published charter

Description

The charter page under project rights "Project files will be viewed by all users " is selected but in the published document "Project files will be viewed only by task members" option is showing up.
