1. Login to Supplier portal
2. Create new supplier and check the titles

Description

1.Field name is displayed as Vendor Quality Manager but in the alert it showing as Supplier Quality Manager(Attachment 1)

2. In the supplier creation page both "Supplier" and "Vendor" is showing in field title. We should use either supplier or Vendor. (attachment 2)
Need to update accordingly.
