When the draft is set and convert to document is attached with auto approve route then the % Completion is displayed as 1 . Not even the resource the added for the task.

1)Login as project owner
2)Open the project
3)Select the deliverable
4)Set Draft and Route as Auto approve for document
5)Attach the draft
6)Now convert it to document
7)Observe the result in the % completion column
