Steps To Reproduce:

create a supplier
Enter all the mandatory details and check it gets auto saved
find in LHS add part option will available
Do not add any parts/add parts
Click on supplier evaluation tab
again click and come back to supplier details tab
Observe,
Entered supplier details is not showing.all details are deleted
