Steps To Reproduce:

1)Access The Link http://192.168.100.249/pandora
2)login as module Admin
3)click On "Audit Pro"
4)Click On module setup
5)click on notification setup
6)observe the screen as mentioned in the screen shot "Notifications setup"

  • Subject changed from In Notification setup page when a new reminder is set then only view/edit Pen icon should be displayed to In Notification setup page when a new reminder is set then only view/edit Pen icon should be displayed.

and also when the new site is installed for the first time user will not be able to see the pen icon for the first three icons which is "Conducting an Audit ","Auditee Response to Non Conformances ","Auditor Close Out the Audit "

pen icon was made stable and if there is any frequency it shows the frequency when pointer is placed on pen icon and if there is no frequency or deleted it shows no frequency is set
