Unnecessary Scrollbar is displayed on the menu bar while performing following operation(Refer Description and Steps)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as Suite administrator

2.Click on the about icon and click on the Show/Hide Menu

3.Now click on User icon on the top

4.Observe the Scroll bar

Description

When the Sub-menus are hidden and clicking on the About menu icon, system displays a Scrollbar on the menu bar.

On refresh it is working fine.
