Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Go to audit schedule page
3. Click on New button
4. Select data's on all mandatory fields
5. Click on "Add Planned Audit" button

Description

Issue #1 -> Audit Schedule -> Add Planned Audit -> The Note text "* Note: Ctrl + Click to Select Plan Audit" should be renamed as "* Note: Ctrl + Click to Select week(s)"

Issue #2 -> Audit Schedule -> No need to show note for each and every row. It has to display on top only
