Percentage allocation is not working as expected(Refer Description)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu

3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI

4.Click on Design/Process Documents Menu and click on AIAG VDA DFMEA, new tab will open

5.Click on AIAG VDA Design tab and click on any menu

6.Click on the Percentage allocation icon and assign values for all the steps

7.Now click on AIAG-VDA Process and Select any menu

8.Click on Percentage allocation icon and assign values for all the steps

9.Now goto Design VDA and observe the allocated percentages

Description

If an Allocation is done for Design VDA and then for Process VDA, then all the allocations are displayed as 0 except Step 1.

Issue occurs for both VDA's
