1. Login as PM
2. Under set up select charter Template
3. Click on new charter and associate form to pillar
4. click on Save and see the status

Description

HTTPS: Clicking on associate Form to pillar after creating charter "save successful" alert is not showing up. Staying back in the same page itself.
