Description
Https: Unable to publish documents
After publishing the documents 1st time its displaying document publishing failed and session is getting hanged.But same is displayed in TOC
Same happening while publishing control plan also

Iam trying to publish control plan/Inspection sheet form IC. Displaying pop-up after publishing(Screenshot 1) and session is getting hanged.But same document is displayed under TOC (Screenshot 2)
If iam trying to publish the same doc again it gives pop-up need to have full access(Screenshot 3)
