Steps To Reproduce:
1)Access The Link http://192.168.100.249/pandora
2)login as module Admin
3)click On "Audit Pro"
4)Click On Administrator Tab
5)click on show Filter as in "Screen 1"
6)No filter will open and now click on apply filter as in "screen 2"
7)Shows Server Error as in "screen 3"
Note :Same Problem In Auditor and auditee Screens when clicked on Corrective Action status Screens
