TOC:Print PDF should option should not be displayed for PNG format. shows error when clicking on print pdf

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Publish the png format document and the user should have full access/view history for the doc
2.Check the document in TOC
3.Print PDF option is not displayed
4.Go to Doc settings, Enable print pdf option for view history
5.Check the document in TOC, it shows print pdf and when clicking on print pdf shows object reference error
