Steps To Reproduce:

1.Create a parent folder and 2 child folder
2.Publish the doc for child folder A
3.Integrate the doc from folder A to folder B
4.Go to doc index report
5.Search for child folder A and select the child folder A
6.Click on view report
7.Shows 2 child folders
